This LED lighting device is part of the level indicator product range. The water level in a steam and water room is made visible by backlighting. The strong, directed light of Igema LED lights is focused on the viewing area of the level indicators.

Application and function

The LED Secure Ex SOL GR lighting device is used on green-red gauges. It contains red and green LED panels and thus offers both light colours to enable the level and vapour space to be differentiated on these gauges.

The lighting devices are suitable for use in explosion protection zones. A two-part ignition protection concept consisting of a light and power supply unit was developed for this purpose. This lighting device is designed for use in hazardous environments with Group IIA, IIB and IIB + H 2 flammable gases and vapours, and temperature classes T1, T2, T3 and T4, Zone 1, device category 2.

The lighting system fulfils the requirements of Directive 2014/34/EU.
